Processing Time All orders are printed and fulfilled on demand. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times Once fulfilled, estimated delivery within the United States is 3–5 business days. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.

Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at dmi.enterprise@yahoo.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue promptly.

Custom/Personalized Items Because all items are made to order, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once production has begun.
